DELIVERY TIME

Due to the impact of the epidemic, the logistics duration will be longer than expected. The specific logistics time depends on the local shipping company.

Standard:

  • After receiving your order, we will process the shipment within 2 days. Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information.
  • We offer free shipping for all orders globally. Our warehouses are located in North America and Europe.
  • For orders located in the warehouse areas, we sent express shipping typically arrive in about 1-5 business days.
  • For orders outside of our warehouse areas, the package will arrive in 25-45 business days.
  • No additional charges upon delivery.
  • Delivery time=Processing Time+Shipping Time.


Note for taxes:
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.
