Moisturizes

Seemed to moisturize my skin well after a tattoo can be used quite a while after the tattoo is done to keep the skin hydrated

Helps to moisturize the tattoo

I feel like it helped to add moisture during the dry a period, but I am not sure that it actually helped the color.
